Last updated: May 19, 2026
Use of the service
Insider Trading Tracking provides read-only research tools for public disclosure data, including SEC Form 4 insider transaction filings and STOCK Act congressional trading disclosures. You may use the service for lawful research and educational purposes.
No investment, legal, or tax advice
The service does not provide personalized investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, brokerage recommendations, or instructions to buy, sell, or hold securities. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
Public disclosure data
Data is compiled from official public disclosure documents and related public sources. Records can be delayed, amended, incomplete, miscoded, or parsed incorrectly. You should verify important information against the official filing or disclosure before relying on it.
No accusation of illegal conduct
Displaying a trade, disclosure, signal, return estimate, or filing delay does not imply illegal insider trading, unethical conduct, or wrongdoing by any person or entity. Legal conclusions require facts and analysis outside the scope of this service.
No affiliation or endorsement
Insider Trading Tracking is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by any politician, congressional office, political party, committee, government agency, issuer, executive, director, shareholder, broker, exchange, or regulator shown in the service.
Accounts, trials, and subscriptions
Some features may require an account, trial, or paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout. Subscription access and pricing are presented before purchase, and you may cancel according to the controls made available through the product or support process.
Refund policy
Tycoon offers a full refund within 7 days of the first paid charge when requested through support. Free trials must be canceled before the trial ends to avoid a charge. If a refund is issued, paid access may end immediately. Cancellations without a refund generally keep access active until the end of the paid period.
Prohibited use
You may not use the service to break the law, harass people, impersonate others, reverse engineer restricted systems, overload the service, bypass access controls, or present public disclosure records as definitive proof of criminal or civil liability.
Changes and availability
The service may change, pause, or stop features at any time. Data coverage, source availability, and scoring methods may change as public sources and product priorities evolve.
