What this app does

Insider Trading Tracking helps users search and inspect public SEC Form 4 insider trading disclosures and public STOCK Act congressional trading disclosures. The ChatGPT app returns public disclosure records, ticker context, filing dates, transaction dates, amount ranges or estimates, source links, and tracker links.

Information we process

The app processes public market disclosure data already available from public sources. When you use the ChatGPT app, your query may include a ticker, company name, insider name, politician name, transaction type, signal label, or disclosure identifier.

Information we do not request

The ChatGPT app does not ask for Social Security numbers, payment card data, account credentials, government IDs, health information, or private brokerage information.

How data is used

Queries are used to return matching public disclosure records. The app does not create trades, place orders, publish user content, or modify public disclosure records.

Third-party services

The public website may use hosting, analytics, authentication, or payment providers for the broader Tycoon service. The ChatGPT app endpoint itself is read-only and is designed to return public disclosure data from this site.

Financial disclaimer

Information returned by the app is for research and educational purposes only. It is not investment advice and does not imply illegal conduct by any person or entity.

No affiliation

Insider Trading Tracking is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by any politician, congressional office, political party, government agency, company, executive, director, or shareholder shown in the data.
